Happy Friday! Here’s a bit of Magnolia zen. Having a little fun with my macro lens. These variegated tulips are from our back yard. . Someone decided to plant a Japanese maple under our front window, so we hack it back to the nub every year and it’s amazing how it comes back. . Not sure…

Couldn’t decide what to get, so I got it ALL. First pandemic takeout run: Homestyle dim sum, Saigon Deli and Szechuan noodle house.  

Sooo glad we sprang for the house with a big yard instead of a townhouse, especially when it’s covered in cherry blossoms like this.   .

Same spot, different light. The pocket beach on Perkins Lane was so good we went again today at sunset. . . . . .

We spent the last two years driving to Queen Anne every day so I never really did explore Magnolia. Today I got a mom tip about this public pocket beach on a windy narrow dead end road. So quiet and beautiful.   . . . .
