Green onions
Do you do this too? I like to streeeetch that $1.29 bunch of green onions a little further by sticking the roots in water. They’ll grow a couple of inches in a week! My kitchen always smells a little oniony, but who cares, no one’s coming over.

10 3/4 birthday

New oven!
Christened the new oven with a batch of brownies. I have been without a working oven since before Halloween; I have a lot of baking to catch up on! And a vat of cheesy, baked pasta. Nope, I don’t mind having an oven at all.
