Snow!!
Drove up to Snoqualmie Pass to play at Hyak Sno Park — yes, that’s what Seattle children have to do to play in the snow. We had a BLAST!! Lots of room the parking lot all day (Friday) and the groomed sledding hill was unbelievably fun. Most importantly: nice, clean, heated restrooms. . . …

Dinner tonight for my ABC children: red bean rice balls in honor of yuan shiao jie and pizza in honor of National Pizza Day (?!).

Snow!
Snow in Seattle is a BIG deal. Half an inch in our yard, nothing on the streets or sidewalks and we still managed to go “sledding” (mostly on the grass though?). Joseph was devastated when he came home from school and it’d all melted away. But another .00001 inches fell overnight, so another 2-hour delay, YAY!…
