Chicago Day 4: Last day! Made the most of it at the Shedd and a Cubs game at Wrigley Field.
I can’t even look at the Seattle Aquarium anymore. The Shedd has belugas and dolphins and a whole tank of sharks! And they’re in a land-locked state!The mystery star of the daily show turned out to be dolphins!! We totally lucked out.The aquarium building is stunning. Look up, there are tiny sea creatures in the ceiling coffers.This wall sconce, composed of a snail and manta. Loved these details.Bought a hot dog from a street vendor and she put ketchup on it?? Isn’t that illegal?Wrigley Field for some old-timey baseball. $9 tickets!The combination of being high up and in the shade meant we were FREEZING. It was a good 30 degrees warmer in the sun.
