Taylor Shellfish goes ‘G5’

I haven’t got a clue who my great-great-grandfather was, much less what he did for a living. So I was beyond impressed when I learned that Taylor Shellfish Farms is a 5th generation family business.

In 136 years, the technology’s changed, but as Bill Taylor says, unfortunately, the tides haven’t. Farming is a lot of hard work. I’ll appreciate the next oyster I slurp down that much more.
